Returns & Exchanges

There is nothing we want more than for every HERVANR woman to be happy with their purchase; however, if something is not right, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. 

Please visit our Returns Portal to arrange a return and request a refund.

To receive a refund:

Please note that all returned items must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of you receiving your order.

UK Returns - £5 Shipping Fee

International returns - You are responsible for the charges for the return shipping. We recommend that you use a tracked service. Please retain any receipts as proof of postage until we receive the package.

Please mark clearly “UK Returned goods - No Commercial Value” as a description of contents on all paperwork to avoid customs duty charges. Please note we do not refund international customs taxes and sales charges. 

All returns must have their original tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition (Yes, make-up free, too).

We cannot accept any damaged items or items without all the original tags. These items are not eligible for return.

Processing Refunds

You will be notified via email when we receive your item(s) and process your refund.

All refunds will be processed within five days of receiving the item(s). However, your bank may take longer to process the payment.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

We are happy to offer exchanges. Please follow the returns procedure above and place a new order for the desired item.  Please note that all shipping and returns charges are applicable for exchange
