How long will it take to receive my order?

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking number, so you can start counting down. We are just as excited as you are.
Will I have to pay customs and duties taxes?
For any international orders outside the UK, you may be liable to pay custom fees/taxes. This fee is not included in the total cost at checkout.

What if my order arrived faulty?
We sincerely apologise if this happens to you, our products go through several quality checks. Please drop us an email right away at hello@HERVANR.com with an image and description of the fault.
The product I want is sold out, what do I do?
Oh no, we are sad that you missed it. To avoid waste, we limit production runs of all products so the majority of our products are limited editions. However, on the products page select 'Email me when available' and we will see what we can do.

How should I care for my HERVANR pieces?
To ensure your product lasts long, we recommend that all of our products are either handwashed at 30 degrees or dry cleaned. Some products can be machine washed. Please follow the instructions on the garment label.
What does Pre-order mean?
We are a brand striving to be sustainable and avoid waste in any way possible. That’s why a lot of our items are made for pre-orders. This means items can be bought in advance of when the products are available and we will ship them to you as soon as they are in stock. We will contact you via email as soon as your order is on its way to you. We will always provide you with an estimate delivery date when you place an order.
Are HERVANR Clothes made ethically?
We know all HERVANR women want to know where their clothes are made. We take ethics seriously and we are uncompromising when it comes to ensuring all of our clothes are made ethically. We only work with factories who are aligned with our values.
